Refund & Exchange Policy
Can I exchange my order?
- Yes! We accept our product purchased from werlesswear.com or from showroom in original condition with all the packaging intact even if it is opened.
What items can I exchange/returned?
- We accept exchanged on all our products in original condition, except those in sale / sanitary products. Sanitary items cannot be exchange once you open sealed product package. Please repackage the items carefully if you open. If not repackaged properly, the items might be damaged while shipping, we cannot accept damaged items.
How to organize exchanging/ returning items for store credit?
- Please contact our support team at email@example.com before sending your items back to us for exchange or returns. We will provide you with instruction and closest showroom address for your convenience.
Exchanges from Korea and Thailand:
BDSC has a warehouse in both Korea and Thailand, you can send your exchange / return back locally to our warehouse within 7 days since the day you get order. Customers will need to cover the shipping fee and store credit will be deducted for shipping back.
Exchanges from the rest of the world:
Customers not from Korea and Thailand will need to send the returns at their own accord. Returns must be received within 30 days from the day sending back to our warehouse in Thailand or Korea. To send items back, the fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Who covers shipping fee for return/exchange?
Product is damaged : All our products are made with love & care. It undergoes a detailed quality check before sending out to our customers. We are confident about our product, however if there are unexpected damages, please contact us directly first by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or messenger with damages photo/video. We’ll try to find a best rate for exchange.
Exchange or Return : We are confident about our products 😊 However, if you are not satisfied and wish for an exchange/return for store credit, BDSC will not be responsible for the expenses involved. It is the customer sole responsibility. Shipping fee back to customer will be deducted from store credit.
What happens if your return is rejected by our returns team?
- Any product that are not in original condition such as, products has been used or washed or stained will be shipped back immediately from our showroom. We are unable to issue store credits on these items for sanitary reasons. Shipping cost will need to be covered.
What shipping method do we offer?
- We use Postal Service to ship out orders this moment nationally & internationally.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
- Parcel sent by EMS it takes 1-2 days within National, 7-10 day for Asia Countries, 10-15 days for United States & Europe.
When will my order ship?
- We need a 1 day preparation for packing. Once your order is placed, we check your order detail -> prepare product -> send by EMS after.
How can I track my order?
- You’ll get tracking number after we send out by your e-mail.
Can I change my order?
- Once we ship out the order, you can not change your order. If you order items wrongly, please inform us directly in same day or before 9am next day!
How do I check my order status?
- Automatically, you’ll get an e-mail from WEARLESSWEAR to your registered e-mail address.
Duties and taxes:
WEARLESSWEAR recommends customer to familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as each country’s tax regulations are different.
Will by shipping be delay due to recent health crisis?
- Sadly Yes. But that’s why we send parcel by Post not other courier right now, because this is safer & you can check delivery statue easily from website. (https://www.epost.go.kr)
